ID Thief Thank You Rose. A Washington state couple victimized by an identity thief said the culprit added insult to injury by sending them a rose with a "Thank You" card.
David York, 28, of Maple Valley and his wife, Jenelle, 27, said their credit card was declined May 31, so they called their bank and discovered suspicious purchases had been made, Seattlepi.com reported Thursday. York said the illicit purchases were made from companies including an overseas jewelry Web site, Netflix and online florist FTD.
